From the Atlantic Ocean, cyclones often invade, which bring cloudy weather with precipitation - cool in the summer and warm in the winter. In early summer, Arctic air masses, penetrating deep into the mainland, often cause freezing in the air and on the earth's surface. Large masses of air in the form of extensive anticyclones most often cause clear or cloudy weather.
The average January temperature is β15 Β° C, July is +15.5 Β° C. The average annual temperature is +1.3 Β° C. The average annual rainfall is about 700 mm. More precipitation falls during the warm season. In the summer they are mainly of a storm nature and are often accompanied by thunderstorms. In the fall, heavy rains prevail.
