Song History
The oldest songs on the album are Black Cat and Martian, both of which were on the tracklist of Bravo’s second magnetic album, recorded in 1985 .
The song “King“ Orange Summer ”” was recorded in 1986 in the first studio of the Ostankino television center. By that time, “Bravo” had already managed to briefly register in the ranks of the Moscow Rock Laboratory and go under the wing of the Moscow Regional Philharmonic. Due to the late arrival of the vocalist Zhanna Aguzarova for several hours for unknown reasons, Anna Salmina, who previously performed on the Blue Bird and Girls groups, was sent to record the song. With Salmina, “Bravo” played its first tour of the cities of the Moscow region , while information about the replacement of the vocalist was not made public.
The song “Why were you born” is presented in the collection in the hall version - it was recorded as part of the “ Rock Panorama-87 ” festival. The studio recording of the song was considered lost for a long time, but was later included in the re-release of the Bravo Ensemble album along with the Bravo Group minion.
The songs “Good evening, Moscow”, “I am sad and easy”, “Dreams” and “Just like that” were previously included in the magnetic album “ Let 's tell each other“ Bravo! “ ”, Recorded in 1989 in the studio of the Moscow Youth Palace. Other songs from the album, along with the first two, found their shelter in the album “ Dandies from Moscow ” (already performed by Valery Syutkin ) , the only exception was the song “Yuri Gagarin”, which entered the solo repertoire of Yevgeny Osin in a modified arrangement.
The songs "Jamaica" and "Red Light" were recorded in 1990 in the studio "Orion". With them, the group performed at a number of different festivals, as well as in one of the releases of the Brain Ring program.
The songs “Natasha”, “King of the Resort” and “On the Waves” were recorded in 1990 in Stas Namin 's studio “SNC”. Initially, they were intended for the album " Road to the Clouds ", but did not enter there due to a style mismatch. The riff of the song “King of the resort” is almost completely borrowed from the composition “Mala Vida” of the French anarcho-punk rock band “ Mano Negra ”, which is not very famous in the territory of the former USSR . In 1998, as part of the re-release of the albums “Hipsters from Moscow” and “ Moskovsky Bit ”, “The King of the Resort” and “By the Waves” entered them as bonus tracks, and after 18 years, both were added with bonus tracks to the reissue of the album “Road to the clouds. "
Video clips were shot for the songs “King“ Orange Summer ”,“ I am Sad and Easy ”and“ Good Evening, Moscow ”. The first clip was also shown as part of the Morning Mail and Saturday Night programs.
