Career
Kane, a pupil of the Olaria club, was bought by Napoli in 1962 . In the first season, he played 7 matches for the new club. Playing for Napoli for 7 years, he moved to the Bari club, where he played 3 seasons (2 in series B), then Canet returned to Napoli and played there until the end of his career in 1975 . Canet is Napoli's most successful player in European competition - 8 goals.
After the player’s career ended, Cane worked as a coach, first with the youth of his native Napoli, and then with small Italian clubs. In the 1994-1995 season, Canet officially held the position of Napoli head coach, but de facto the club was led by Vuyadin Boskov , who at that time did not have a coaching license.
