Geography
In the west, south and east, it borders on the Malayan state of Sarawak . In the north it is washed by the waters of the Brunei Gulf of the South China Sea . Separated by land from the nearest Brunei Muar County by a strip of territory belonging to Malaysia. A river of the same name flows through the territory of the okrug.
