Roger Philip Mason Jr. ( born Roger Phillip Mason Jr .; born September 10, 1980 in Washington , DC , USA ) is an American professional basketball player who has played at the National Basketball Association . He played the position of attacking defender . He was selected for the 2002 NBA Draft in the second round under the overall 30th number by the Chicago Bulls team. He is currently the Deputy Executive Director of the NBA Players Association.
