Content
Story
The film takes place in the United States during the presidency of Bill Clinton . General William Devereaux, on a personal initiative, is conducting an operation to capture the terrorist Ahmed Ben Talal. Ben Talal supporters in retaliation threaten to organize a series of terrorist acts in the United States, demanding the release of the captive. After threats, the terrorists proceed to action and begin to blow up civilian objects in New York one after another. The count of victims goes to hundreds.
FBI special agents Anthony Hubbard and Frank Haddad begin an investigation, trying to uncover the terrorist network. CIA agent Elise Kraft, a specialist in the Arab world, begins to work with them.
