Big Yugan

The Big Yugan is a river in Russia , it flows through the Surgut and Nefteyugansky districts of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug , the left tributary of the Ob , flows into the Yuganskaya Ob . The length of the river is 1063 km, the catchment area is 34,700 km² [2] . At 118 km from the mouth, the average annual water discharge is 177.67 m³ / s [3] .

The source in the swamps of Vasyugania ( Vasyugan swamps ), flows through the marshy territory of the West Siberian Plain . Many tributaries, of which the largest is the right Small Yugan .
