- After the first round, the Pitmen team was fined for debts on PFL membership dues and 6 (six) points were taken, then the team was withdrawn from the competition and technical losses were counted in the second round -: +.
- According to the rules of the competition, the second team of the club cannot play in the same league as the first, so Dynamo-2 remains in the First League .
- Club “Torpedo” was declared bankrupt and instead of it in the playoffs for the place in the Premier League played FC “Cherkasy” .
