Galina Fridmanovna Kogan ( 1921 - 2009 , also published as Galina Vladimirovna Kogan ) - Soviet and Russian literary critic, director of the F.M.Dostoevsky Museum-Apartment in Moscow (1955-1979).

In the 50-60s this was the only Dostoevsky museum in the USSR , and at her post she did a lot to collect everything related to the memory of Dostoevsky, helped open the writer's museums in Leningrad , Staraya Russa , Novokuznetsk , fought for the preservation of historical monuments, in including Optina Desert . It provided an opportunity for M. Bakhtin to publicly speak at the museum.
In the commentary on the novel Crime and Punishment , prepared by her and published in the series Literary Monuments , the gospel and biblical stories were first analyzed.
According to the memoirs of Ilya Glazunov , "a little woman with lively spiritual eyes" [1] .
