It has been produced since the mid-1970s on the basis of MAZ-543 A. Equipped with a fifth wheel coupling, it is able to work in a clutch with an active semi-trailer.
The design feature of the tractor is a reduced wheelbase (between the 2nd and 3rd and between the 3rd and 4th axles).
The MAZ-7410 is also used as part of the TZ-80 tanker, and the modification of the MAZ-74106 is used to tow the radar detection system of the S-300 PS / PM anti-aircraft missile system.
MAZ-7410 in computer games
- In the game Truckers 2 there is a car Storm T2310, created by game developers based on MAZ-7410. In this case, the game has a version of the car with the "booth" instead of the SSU.
