Lilibei ( Latin: Lilybaeum , Greek: Λιλύβαιον ) is an ancient Punian city at the western end of Sicily , on the site of the modern city of Marsala , Trapani province. It was founded after the loss of the Carthaginians in 397 BC. e. Motias in the war against Syracuse . In the IV-III centuries BC. e. The main Punian city of Sicily.
