Biography
He graduated from the Lviv Polytechnic Institute . As director of the Kotlas Silicate Brick Plant, he was elected as a People’s Deputy of Russia in 1990.
In 1993, he was elected to the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the first convocation in the Arkhangelsk constituency No. 29.
He was a member of the “Coalition of Reforms” faction, was a member of the Supreme Council for Economic Reform Commission, the Constitutional Commission [1] , and the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and Judicial Issues [2] . He was a member of the Constitutional Council .
Chairman of Kotlas Silicate Brick Plant JSC ( Arkhangelsk Region ). Married, has three sons.
