Noritakeke Takahakara ( jap. 高原 敬 武 Takahara Noritake , June 6, 1951 , Tokyo ) is a Japanese race car driver , a participant in the Formula 1 World Racing Championship. Two-time winner of the Formula Nippon Championship.

He started his racing career in 1969, participating in serial car competitions behind the wheel of a Honda S800. In the early 1970s, he made his debut in the Japanese Formula 2000 Championship (the future Formula Nippon ), in 1973 spent several races in the European Formula 2 Championship. He won the Formula 2000 championship twice in 1974 and 1976, and also won the Japanese championship in 1976 in a sports car. He participated in two Japanese Grand Prix Formula 1 World Championships in 1976-77, did not score points for the World Championship. He played in the Japanese Formula 2000 until 1979.
