Biography
Born on April 22, 1926 [1] in the village of Gribskaya (now the village of Gribskoye , Blagoveshchensk district , Amur region ) in a Cossack family.
In 1943 - 1948 he served in the army, then worked as a journalist in Khabarovsk , from 1958 - editor of the publishing house in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk . Since 1981 he lived in Moscow.
He died on March 5, 2009 .
After death, subjected to undeserved libelous accusations and insults from the writer Nikolai Voronov . In the book Peredelkino Walks, Anatoly Tkachenko openly expressed his thoughts about some inhabitants of the Peredelkino writing town near Moscow, including N.P. Voronov. Nikolai Voronov, having waited for the death of the author of the Peredelkino Walks, vindictively attacked Anatoly Tkachenko with the vile devastating opus The Truth About Himself, which he published in Magnitogorsk (Chelyabinsk Region) in the newspaper Magnitogorsk Metal (2010-2011). N. Voronov had avenged revenge on his involuntary offenders, but in the so-called “Truth” he surpassed himself: the history of literary criticism of Russia, perhaps, did not know more vile, more unbridled, more deceitful publication.
Reviews
Ivan Ukhanov (Moscow Literator 2003):
A. Tkachenko impartially spoke about many, but not all, important Peredelkin residents in his book, not wanting to condemn, belittle, or offend anyone. From the entire contents of the book follows a testimony of caution: time will not spare even gifted people if they live and create in disagreement with the conscience and nature of their talent, if, after fussing, they forget, the imperishable testament of N. V. Gogol is rejected, that " Handle the word honestly. It is the highest gift of God to man. The trouble is to pronounce it to the writer in those times when he is influenced by passionate passions. ”
