During a survey conducted at the Ram Manohar Lohia hospital in New Delhi on July 10, 1990, he was 57 cm tall and weighed 17 kilograms. Mohammed died October 1, 1997 from a cold complication caused by excessive smoking .
In 2012, in Nepal, a man of even smaller height was identified - Chandra Bahadur Dangi .
