Early years

Born May 21, 1936 in Moscow.

He graduated from high school with a gold medal, entered the directing department of VGIK , but after a while he moved to the Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry named after Gubkin , who graduated in 1958.

Career

  • 1959 - 1974 - Researcher, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Vice-Rector at the Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry I.M. Gubkin . Doctor of Technical Sciences (1969)
  • 1974 - 1986 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of the All-Union Society "Knowledge" .
  • 1986 - 1988 - First Deputy Chairman of the All-Union Council of Scientific and Technical Societies.
  • 1988 - 1990 - First Secretary of the Union of Scientific and Engineering Societies of the USSR.
