Et ( ancient Greek Αἰήτης , obsolete. Ayet [1] ; Georgian აიეტი) - in ancient Greek mythology, the king of Colchis [2] , the son of Helios and Perseid (Persians) [3] (or Helios and Antiope [4] ), brother of Pasiphae and Kirk [5] .

According to Eumelus , he was the king of Ether and, leaving the country of the Colchians, transferred power to Bun [6] .

According to Epimenides , the Corinthian son of Ether [7] . The wife of Idias (or Eurilitus [8] ). Children of Medea and Halkiop [9] , as well as Apsyrt .

For him, Hephaestus forged a team of iron bulls [10] . In the most common version, Eet gave Jason the task of harnessing these bulls and plowing the land, which he completed with Medea's help.
