Marina Vladimirovna Vorozhtseva (born November 6, 1957 , Hanoi ) is a Russian flute player , soloist of the ZKR ASO of the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Society and the Bolshoi Theater Orchestra , artist of the State Orchestra of Russia Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (2003).

Biography
She began to practice flute at the age of 8 at the school named after Gnesins - class of Professor Grigory Madatov , from 11 years old she continued her studies at the Central School of Music under Professor Yuri Dolzhikov . In 1981 , she graduated from the Moscow Conservatory with him, and in 1984 - an assistant-internship.
From 1981 to 1982 , the soloist of the Bolshoi Theater Orchestra . From 1982 to 1994 she was a soloist in the State Symphony Orchestra of Russia under the direction of E.F. Svetlanov . From 1994 to 1995 she worked in the "Moscow Orchestra", from 1996 to 1997 - in the Russian Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra (Moscow). Since 1997 - accompanist of the flute group in the Honored Collective of Russia Academic Symphony Orchestra of the St. Petersburg Philharmonic .
She performed in an ensemble with Svyatoslav Richter , Y. Bashmet and the Moscow Soloists chamber orchestra, with V. Tretyakov, N. Gutman, O. Kagan, A. Korsakov, V. Spivakov.
Mother: Tamara Pavlovna Vorozhtsova (1932-1993). Laureate of the USSR State Prize in the field of science and technology, 1986. Father: Vladimir Georgievich Vorozhtsov (1931-1980). Orientalist.
