About the Box Set
The publication includes studio recordings, alternative tracks and live concert recordings. The album features 140 tracks, 15 of which were not previously released on CDs (mostly tracks contained on V - “Rare And Rockin”). [1] The box set is designed with drawings and contains a 92-page color booklet with rare photographs from the Graceland archive, a discography of the musician '50s and a list of music sessions, as well as a page of colored postage stamps depicting the covers of Presley's music albums in the 1950s .
All hits, “B” sides , landscape recordings, Christmas songs, gospel compositions and movie versions of songs are presented along with a disc containing previously unreleased alternative tracks and rare recordings of live concerts . [1] An informative and colorful 92-page photo booklet is an interesting addition to the richly designed box set .
Records were made at the studios: " Sun Records ", Memphis , Tennessee ; RCA Records Studios, Nashville , Tennessee ; RCA Records Studios, New York ; 20th Century Fox and Radio Recorders Studios, Hollywood , CA between 1953 and 1958 . [one]
