Farmen, Alf

Alfred G. Farmman ( born Alfred H. Farman ; born April 1869 , Birmingham , England ), better known as Alf Farmmen ( born Alf Farman ) - English footballer . He played for the clubs Birmingham Excelsior , Aston Villa and Bolton Wanderers . In September 1889 he moved from Bolton to the Newton Heat club (now known as Manchester United ), which began his performance in the newly organized Football Alliance . Farmen made his debut for Newton on November 9, 1889 in a match against Long Eaton Rangers . The game ended 3-0 in favor of the β€œ Gentiles ”, while Alf scored one of the goals [1] . The striker played for Newton Heat until 1895 , having played a total of 121 matches for the club and scored 53 goals.
