Teapot - a kettle for making tea .
Teapots, most likely, came from ceramic pots for boiling water and vessels with wine, which were made of bronze and other metals, and were common in ancient Chinese civilization many thousands of years ago. The oldest copy of the teapot, preserved to this day, is stored in the Museum of Tea Products in Hong Kong [1] .
The teapot design may include a sieve for sifting tea leaves. There is also a tea strainer , used as a separate item or suspended on the spout of a teapot. To increase the cooling time of the contents of the kettle there is a " tea woman ."
