Touareg made its world debut at the Paris Motor Show on September 26, 2002.
Facelift
At the Paris Motor Show in 2006, the updated Touareg was introduced. In early 2010, Volkswagen introduced the new generation Touareg in Munich . The car has become longer by 43 mm and wider by 12 mm, the height has decreased by 20 mm. In motorsport
The rally version of the Touareg is a regular participant in the Dakar Rally , in different years it was attended by such famous racers as Utah Kleinschmitt , Carlos Sainz and Mark Miller .
