Story
Co-owner of a small factory, Barry Egan ( Adam Sandler ) - a downtrodden, mentally unbalanced person. He grew up with his seven sisters and is very afraid of love. Due to the poor attitude of his relatives to himself, he now can’t fall in love in any way, and therefore lives alone. Once, by calling the Phone Sex service, he becomes a victim of extortion by a criminal organization that has taken possession of his credit card number. At the same time, Lena Leonard ( Emily Watson ), a girlfriend of one of his sisters, enters his life. A romance begins to develop between them. Lena completely changes the character of Barry, making him persistent, ready to give change for loved ones, a person.
