History
“Vita” is one of the three strongest and most famous clubs in the DR Congo , being the second winner of the Champions Cup from DR Congo . The club was the strongest team of the DR Congo throughout the 70s, winning seven national titles, five times winning the national Cup and becoming the continent's strongest club in 1973 . In 1981, Vita reached the final of the Champions Cup again, but lost by the sum of two meetings of the Algerian Kabiliya 0: 5. This was the last success of the Kinshasa club in the international arena.
