Biography

Born on October 27, 1948 in the village of Turovskaya Arkhangelsk Region.

He graduated from the Leningrad Finance and Credit Technical School and the Moscow Finance and Economics Institute .

He worked as an inspector of state insurance in the village of Krasnaya Gora of the Bryansk region , in the planning and economic management of the Bryansk regional executive committee.

From 1992 to 1993 - Head of the Territorial Committee on State Property Management of the Bryansk Region. On September 25, after the governor of Lodkin was removed from his post, he was appointed acting governor, and on December 18, head of the administration of the Bryansk region. August 16, 1995 was removed from office by decree of the President of the Russian Federation [1] .

In 2000-2008 he worked in the office of the party " Union of Right Forces " in Moscow.

He died on May 19, 2015 in Bryansk at the 67th year of life [2] .
