It is located in the southeastern part of the region, 25 km northeast of Ugra , 0.4 km south of the P132 Vyazma - Kaluga - Tula - Ryazan highway , on the banks of the Sigoska River . 24 km west of the village is the Dobryansky railway station on the Torzhok - Bryansk line .

History

During the Great Patriotic War, the village was occupied by Nazi troops in October 1941 , liberated in March 1943 . [one]
