The story of the adventures of Semyon Lagoda, a talented but careless radio amateur guy, in the service of an ordinary in the air defense missile division. Due to a chain of misunderstandings from the “citizen”, strained relations gradually arose between him and Lieutenant Kirillov, since, due to the fault of Lagoda, Kirillov broke up with his girlfriend Anya.
