Quotes
- “I believe that people should not be involved in the theater for a long time. I will be working on the Joseph Boyce Theater for a maximum of five more years - we already exist for three years. Everything is fresh only at the time of creation. In Germany, in this sense, everything is very correctly arranged - a rare exception when the artistic director remains in the theater for at least ten years. I know that in Russia this is the mentality, it is difficult to leave a habitable place. But the Boyce Theater is not the source of my income, so I will not depend on it and I can leave it. If you find a team that will seize the initiative - cool. If there isn’t, it means nobody needs it ” [6] - Georg Genot, 2011 .
