The central line ( tat. Үзәк ызык ) is the first line of the Kazan metro . The longest metro line in Russia outside of Moscow and St. Petersburg.

As of 2018, it is the only one and exists in the form of eleven stations: Dubravnaya , Victory Avenue , Gorki , Ametyevo , Cloth Settlement , Gabdulla Tukay Square , Kremlin , Goat Settlement , " Yashlek ", " North Station ", " Aircraft ." At the station "Victory Avenue" there is a transfer to the Kazan light rail , at the stations "Ametyevo" and "North Station" - to the suburban Kazan electric train (in the future, the ring line of the city electric train).

Also at the station "North Station" it is planned to organize a transfer to the constructed ground railway line in the Salavat Cooper city train ( Kazan train ) [2] .
