Dzhandubaevs (Dzhendubaevs) are an Abazin aristocratic clan. Self-designation - Zhanmbey (Zhanimbey). Abazin tapanta belong to the subethnic group. According to the estate commission, which determined at the end of the 19th century that the mountaineers belonged to one or another estate, the Dzhandubaevs, among the other nine clans, belonged to the estate of the agmist du (large agmist) [1] . At the same time, there is archival information that the Dzhandubaev family ranks itself among the “marshani” class [2] .
There is a Kabardian branch of the genus Dzhandubaevs - the Zhambeyevs [3] and the Russian branch - the Zhendubaevs [4]
Currently, representatives of the surname live in the villages of Kumsko-Lovo ( Red East ), Lovo-Zelenchuks ( Inzhich-Chukun ) .
