The 1970 Canadian Grand Prix is the eleventh stage of the 2011 Formula One World Championship in the 2011 race. Auto racing took place on September 20, 1970 on the Mont-Tremblant highway.

The Lotus team decided not to participate in the Canadian Grand Prix in memory of its pilot Jochen Rindt, who died at the previous stage in Italy. Ferrari reduced the number of its cars to two, leaving the third pilot Ignazio Dzhunti out of work. There was also no Bellazi team and most private teams. Jackie Stewart for the first time completely completed the stage on the new Tyrrell 001, won the pole and was the leader in the race to 31 laps when he had to get off due to a broken wheel hub. The Scottish failure opened the way to the victory of Jacques Ix.
