MDK-2 at the Artillery Museum of St. Petersburg
MDK-2 - an army machine for engineering troops , designed to tear pits under cover for equipment or personnel. It is a mounted rotary trench excavator of transverse digging on the basis of the AT-T tractor.
Adopted in 1962. Mass - 27.3 tons. Maximum speed - 36 km / h. Productivity in hard soils - 200 m³ / h. Calculation - 2 people.
