Biography
From a Jewish family .
Since 1972 - a repairman at a steam locomotive plant in the city of Perm.
In 1976-85, he lives and works in the city of Aksu (Ermak) , where he held the positions of a locksmith, foreman at the Ermakovsky ferroalloy plant, then was elected deputy chairman of the trade union committee of the same plant.
Since 1985 in the city of Ekibastuz. He worked as a foreman, foreman of the House-Building Plant of the Ekibastuzenergostroy Trust. He headed the trade union committees of the House-Building Plant and the largest construction trust Ekibastuzenergozhilpromstroy.
In 1990-1992, he was Deputy Head of Human Resources and Life of the specialized construction association Kazenergostroy in the city of Almaty.
