“Maple Boulevard” is a Moscow metro station under construction on the Big Ring Line . Located in the area of Nagatinsky Zaton ( South Administrative District ); named after the eponymous boulevard . The opening is scheduled for 2023 as part of the Nizhny Novgorod - Kashirskaya section [1] . Shallow columned station with two coastal platforms.

Title
The station was originally designed for the Nagatinsky Zaton district . The current name is assigned by the resolution of the Government of Moscow No. 673-PP dated October 20, 2015 on Klenovoy Boulevard passing near the future station [4] .
Location
It will be located between the Nagatinsky Zaton and Kashirskaya stations [5] , near the Kolomenskoye park, at the intersection of Kolomenskaya street with Klenovoy Boulevard [6] .
At the station’s base, the Klenovy Boulevard transport hub will be organized, which will include a hotel complex whose main task will be to maintain the Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve [7] .
Construction
In May 2017, an open tender was announced for the construction of a metro section that includes this station. According to the data from the draft agreement, from the tender documentation, the contractor’s exit to the construction sites is planned no later than October 16, 2017, the start of tunneling no later than July 1, 2018 [8] , the completion of all work no later than July 18, 2020 [9] . The contract for the implementation of the complex of construction and installation works was signed on July 10, 2017 with the contractor LLC MIP-STROY No. 1 [10] .
On November 16, 2017, construction began on the southeastern section of the Big Ring Line from the Nizhny Novgorod Street station to the Kashirskaya station, where this station will be located [11] , but on September 20, 2018, Marat Khusnullin denied this information by writing that that the active construction of the station will begin in 2019 [12] .
Architecture and Design
On November 22, 2017, an open competition was announced for the architectural appearance of the Nagatinsky Zaton and Klenovy Boulevard metro stations [13] . The results of the competition were announced on March 27, 2018, the architectural bureau “ARCHSLON” was named the winner. The design of the station will refer to the nearby Kolomenskoye estate: the entrance groups of the station will resemble the dome of the church, the lobby design will include elements reminiscent of the palace of Alexei Mikhailovich , and the lighting elements will be made in the style of mesh ceramics [14] .
Perspectives
In the future, a new Biryulevskaya line is planned to be sent south from the station [15] . The construction of the line is planned to begin after 2023 [16] .
In September 2018, it became known that in the distant future, a line is planned to be drawn from the station, which, according to preliminary data, will reach Kapotnya . Currently, such an extension is planned after 2030 [17] .
