Geography
Persianovskoye rural settlement is located in the central part of the Oktyabrsky district , covers an area of 209.3 km². The distance to the district center is 25 km.

Economics
On the territory of the settlement there is 1 industrial enterprise specializing in the repair of agricultural machinery - RTP Persianovskoye OJSC (the number of employees is 62 people). In addition, there are 2 large agricultural enterprises operating in the settlement: FSUE Uchkhoz Donskoye, which specializes in organizing student learning practice, producing and selling elite plant seeds, raising and selling pedigree cattle (the number of employees is 235 people); and FGUSP "Kadamovskoye SKVO" (area 2222 hectares), specializing in the production of agricultural products. Of the social institutions in the settlement there are 3 feldsher-obstetric centers, 1 medical outpatient clinic, 1 hospital, 7 educational institutions (3 preschool educational institutions, 1 basic school, 2 full secondary schools, 1 higher educational institution, 6 cultural institutions, 7 sports halls, 18 sports fields.
Transport
The length of paved roads is 34.2 km. A 98 km long medium-pressure gas pipeline passes through the settlement. Gasified settlements Persianovsky - 95%, Kadamovsky - 83%. 2 settlements are provided with water supply.
There are no transport enterprises on the territory of the settlement, but 6 motor passenger routes pass.
Communication
Four mobile communication operators are available in the settlement: Beeline , MegaFon , MTS and Tele2 . In all settlements of the settlement there is a wired telephone connection of UTK OJSC.
