He graduated from the University of Tübingen and taught there since 1837 , professor since 1842 . The initiator of the congress on the reform of German universities in Jena ( 1848 ). The main work of Fallati is “Introduction to Statistical Science” ( German: Einleitung in die Wissenschaft der Statistik ; Tübingen, 1843 ).
