Content
History
The settlements that became part of the Zimovnikovsky rural settlement were founded in the second half of the XIX century and in the 1920s. Kuchman farm was founded in 1783. In 1877, residents appeared in the Gorobtsov farm, and in 1898 - in the village of Zimovniki. This farm was inhabited by private horse breeders - the story has kept their names - Belousov, Bezuglovy, Kopylkova. Wealthy residents, by the surnames Cherevichenko, Chelyuskin, Tepchiev, Tregubov, at the beginning of the 20th century, began to open their retail stores on the territory of the modern Zimovnikovo rural settlement. There was a pharmacy and an inn. The first mill in Zimovniki was built in 1904. In 1905, the Kalmytsky farm was established, which numbered 250 households. In 1908, the number of Zimovnikov is 21,000 people. Here lived and poor peasants, and wealthy peasants, fists and landlords. In 1914 a parochial school was built, in which it was necessary to study 4 classes. In 1920, Zimovnikov parish with the center in the village of Zimovniki was part of the Salsk district.
With the onset of 1924, the Ilyichev farm was settled, and the Donetsk farm in 1926 - the former inhabitants of Belgorod. During World War II, Zimovnikovskiy district was occupied from August 7, 1942 to January 8, 1943. Zimovnikovskiy market earned since 1943, wholesale and retail trade began to be gradually conducted. In January 1973, the Memorial to the memory of those killed during the Great Patriotic War was unveiled. Stoyanovskiy tract and Illichivsk tract appeared here in 2002. The number of Zimovnikovskogo rural settlement is 18 thousand people. Russians, Ukrainians, Chechens, Gypsies, Armenians, Moldovans live here. The territory of the rural settlement is 45,430 hectares, it is crossed by the Malaya Kuberle river [2] .
