Purpose
Designed to monitor ground conditions and objects from the air. The development was completed in 2003 by the company " ENIX ". It has several modifications.
Composition of the complex
The complex includes:
- starting device T23P,
- unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) T23E,
- portable ground control station (NSU) T23U.
The UAV is designed folding, which makes it possible to store it in a container with dimensions of not more than 0.9 × 0.5 × 0.12 m. It is equipped with an electric motor with a pushing screw, a stabilized TV system and a digital camera and transmitting equipment are installed.
The UAV is launched using a rubber tow, which provides the device with the necessary take-off speed, landing is carried out using a parachute system from heights of 30 m.
The complex provides two-person service.
The complex can be used during the day at wind speeds up to 15 m / s, temperature from minus 30 to plus 45 degrees and humidity 98%. In 2007, it was accepted for supply to the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation . EMERCOM employees use it to detect forest and landscape fires, in the event of various emergencies, and to search for missing people [1] .
