Biography

Born in Leningrad, in 1976 he moved to Moscow.

He began to take photographs in 1977, he shot cameras in 6x6 and 13x18 format. In photography, he is not interested in technical aspects or reportage. He experiments with visual constructions, improvising, as if playing. He is now working with a Canon 5D mark II camera.

The participant of the famous XVIIth youth exhibition in the Manezh in 1987. His work in the early 90s entered the collection of " Inkombanka ".

Founded in 1985-1986, the photo group “December” , which included photographers Andrei Aksyonov , Vitaly Dianov , Sergey Potapov and others.

Founded in 1989, the "Society of the readers of the letter" is one of the first artistic associations, whose activities included performances, video art, and synthetic actions with music and lyrics.

Since 2002 she has been a teacher and leads her own workshop in the Department of Photography at the University of Culture (course of Yuri Babich). Honorary Member of the Union of Photo Artists of Russia.

Since 2014 she has been conducting an author's course in the Moscow House of Photography.
