Biography
Gabriela Vergara was born on May 29, 1974 in Caracas. At first she wanted to become a lawyer. After studying, she received a law degree and even worked in the legal office of the mayor of Caracas. In 1997, she took part in the Miss Venezuela contest, where she took third place (2 vice-misses) and received the title “Miss Grace”.
Gabriela's mother in her youth dreamed of being an actress, but became a doctor. The daughter decided to realize her dream. Gabriela made her first steps in show business as the lead in the Pyra Tachira lottery. For a long time, Gabriela received rejections at castings. The first invitation was an invitation to the play. She wanted to refuse, but went only because of her mother. At the play, she was noticed and invited to her first role.
After filming the television series Destino de mujer and Pais de los mujeres, Gabriel was talked about as a talented young actress. In 1999, she won her first major role in the series “ Toda mujer. ” In this series, she worked with such outstanding actors as Jean Carlos Simancas and Mimi Lazo.
In 2002, in the series “ Roads of Love, ” Gabriela performed the role of nun Lucia Lobo.
