Bratwurst ( German: Bratwurst, Rostbratwurst, Roster ) - the German name for sausages for frying in a pan or on the grill . Usually made from pork , in a natural shell. Bratwurst is prepared from minced meat as coarse and fine. There are a large number of regional recipes bratwursta. Some types of bratwurst are usually served with stewed sauerkraut ( German Sauerkraut ), fried potatoes or potato salad. On street stalls, bratwurst is usually served with a roll, mustard , ketchup or table horseradish .
