An ironic, slightly sad, but wonderful story that raises the question of the relationship between man and machine. Can the car feel? Can she be offended or love? Can a person drive such a machine, or is he destined to mess with it like a small child? Three people had to experience the situation when a car in love behaves like an offended woman.
Story
On Earth, 20 years built the most advanced spacecraft with artificial intelligence for planetary exploration. Three astronauts were sent flying on it to interpret the data collected. But after visiting the planet called “Honeymoon” (its inhabitants were extremely active in love) and listening to the endless romantic poems of astronaut Jimmy, Prelest stated that she loved all three of them and was going to run away with them, where no one would find. She blocked all manual control systems. After various tricks (for example, many days of idleness), people drove her to disgust them, and Lovely landed them at night on an alien planet with different things and tools with the inscription "Now, damn it, work!", Like Earth, and then did not let inside. People were attacked by a wheeled robot of an extinct civilization, similar to a huge bug - a rhino . But the charm still saved them, but then secretly let it in, people, learning about this, say: “- And what was she hoping for? A man cannot love a robot. “Obviously, a robot can fall in love with a robot.”
For long days, Jimmy composed a lengthy saga about the love of space exploration, he read its Prelests, and that, touched, took them back, having thrown off the “rude” robot with primitive requests, and decided to devote his whole life to research. Two other astronauts threateningly tell Jimmy:
“Do you not feel the urge, the urgent need to write an ode to your homeland ... and sing its beauty, its glory and all that with your cliches?” "..." The charm swallows everything you write.
He raised his fist and let him smell Jimmy.
“I advise you to try,” Ben warned. - I advise you to write as you never wrote.
