Kichevo ( Maced. Opshtina Kichevo , Alb. Komuna e Kërçovës ) is a community in Northern Macedonia . Located in the west of the country. The population is 30,138 people ( 2002 ) [1] .

The administrative center is the city of Kichevo .
The area of the community is 49.14 km² [2] .
Borders on communities of Northern Macedonia:
- in the north-west - with the Zayas community ;
- in the northeast - with the Oslomei community ;
- in the southeast - with the community of Vranestica ;
- in the south and west - with the community of Drugovo .
In addition to the city of Kichevo , the community includes 6 more villages [2] : Knezhino , Lazarovtsi , Mamudovtsi , Osoy , Rashtani and Trapchin-Dol .
Ethnic structure of the population in the community according to the 2002 census [1] :
- Macedonians - 16,140 people;
- Albanians - 9202 people;
- Turks - 2430 people;
- gypsies - 1630 people;
- Serbs - 86 people;
- Arumins - 76 people;
- Bosnians - 7 people;
- the rest - 567 people.
