Karbintsi ( Maced. Opshtina Karbintsi ) is a community in the Republic of Macedonia . Located in the eastern part of the country. The population is 4,012 people ( 2002 ) [2] .

The administrative center is the village of Karbintsi .
The area of the community is 229.7 km² [3] .
It borders with the communities of the Republic of Macedonia:
- in the north-west - with the Probishtip community ;
- in the north - with the Cheshinovo-Obleshevo community ;
- in the northeast - with the community of Zrnovtsi ;
- in the east - with the Vinitsa community ;
- in the southeast - with the Radovish community ;
- in the south and west - with the Stip community .
The community consists of 29 villages [3] : Argulitsa , Batanya , Vrteshka , Golem-Gaber , Gorni-Balvan , Gorno-Trogertsi , Dolni Balvan , Dolno-Trogertsi , Ebeplia , Kalauzliya , Karbintsi , Kepecchelia , Kozyak , Krupishte , Kurfalia , Kuchilat , Kuchitsa , Mal-Gaber , Michak , Muratliya , Nov-Karaorman , Odzhalya , Pripecani , Prnaliya , Radaniye , Rulyak , Tarinci , Unuzliya and Tsrvulevo .
Ethnic structure of the population in the community according to the 2002 census [2] :
- Macedonians - 3200 people;
- Turks - 728 people;
- Arumins - 54 people;
- Serbs - 12 people;
- gypsies - 2 people;
- the rest - 16 people.
The Bregalnitsa River flows through the community .
