- Klinsky district without Fofanovskaya, Vasilyevskaya, Sverdlovsk and Zelentsynsky volosts; villages of Glinishche, Varaksino, Mokshino, Eldino, Kabanovo, Podgorka, Shtakovo, Pavlyukovo, Shornovo, Vysokovo, Zavidovo and Kontsovo Zavidovsky volost
- Bogorodsky district without Pavlovo-Posad volost (except for the villages of Stepanovo, Vsevolodovo, Fryazevo and Ivanisovo stations); villages of Dalnaya, Alekseevo and Gribanovo of the Prigorodnoy volost; Karpovskaya volost (except for the villages of Kolomino, Fryazino, Kuzyaevo, Meshchera, Voronovo, Ignatievo, Antonovo, Karpovo and the Shevlyagino junction)

In 1930, the Uvarovsky District was transferred from the Vyazemsky District to the Moscow Region .
July 23, 1930 the Moscow District , like most other districts of the USSR , was abolished. Its areas were directly subordinated to the Moscow Region (Decree of the CEC of the USSR) (Collection of laws and orders of the Workers 'and Peasants' Government of the USSR. Division I No. 37 of August 8, 1930 - Article 400).
