Story
The main character of the film is the huntsman Vasily Klintsov ( Igor Lifanov ), a young retired captain who lives in a forest gatehouse. At the invitation of the governor of the region ( Victor Stepanov ), a large German investor Gerhard ( Alexander Kichigin ) should come to a neighboring small town, for which a wild boar hunt will be organized. The huntsman must prepare this hunt. At the same time, a particularly dangerous prisoner escaped from a colony located in the area, creating a danger to future hunting. But the hunt for the Germans can’t be canceled, because a major investment project can be disrupted. Despite the risk, the governor decides to hunt. Meanwhile, the convict manages to abduct the German, while forcing him to transfer money to a specific account, but Klintsov manages to neutralize him. Lenchik turned out to be a convict, Vasily’s best friend, with whom they studied at the school and fought in Chechnya. [1] .
