Amphibian "2" of the Imperial Japan Navy海軍 二 式 飛行 艇 / 愛 知 H8K ( Jap. Kaigun ni-shiki hikotei / Kawanishi Eichi-hati-kei ) [1] is an all-metal long-range four-engine amphibian amphibian of the Imperial Japan of the Second World War. Developed at the Aviation Design Bureau of the Kavanisi plant under the leadership of S. Kikukhara . Adopted by the Navy aviation in late 1941 , was produced in a small series. Symbol of the Allied Air Force "Emily" (" Emily ").

- “2-1-2” (H8K2) - with “ Mk4Q ” engines [2] and stern cannon mount. Later series were equipped with radar [3] .
- “2-3-2” (“Clear Sky”, H8K2-L) - an amphibian of the BTA for 64 people. with reduced [4] weapons.

- Transport "2" (H8K1-L) - 1 unit. "TTZ No. 13" in the VTA version (40 passengers).

One of the most famous operations involving these seaplanes was a raid on Pearl Harbor , known as Operation K.
