Fintur Holdings BV is a joint venture of telecommunications companies Turkcell and TeliaSonera . Fintur provides mobile services in Central Asia, the Caucasus, as well as in Moldova, Nepal and Cambodia.
Owners
Fintur Holdings shareholders are the Turkish mobile operator Turkcell (26% of the share capital) and the Swedish-Finnish telecommunications company TeliaSonera (74% of the share capital) [1] .
