He studied at the Parma Conservatory with Guilhelmo Zuelli and Francesco Malipiero , in 1924 he began to teach there, a year later he moved to the Venice Conservatory (here, in particular, he studied with him for some time Bruno Maderna ). At the turn of the 1920s and 30s. gained some fame thanks to the fabulous opera Soregina (the libretto by Diego Valerie , 1928 , La Fenice Theater), and the Concerto for Orchestra, which received the first prize at the Venice Biennale competition in the first year of inclusion in its composition of the musical program ( 1930 ). In the second half of the 1930s, however, Bianchi's music was criticized by nationalistically minded music critics as "insufficiently Mediterranean and Italian" in nature. In the 1940s, chamber compositions prevailed in Bianca's work, often with the participation of vocals: “Five Songs to Friulian Folk Words” (1940), Armenian Songs for Mezzo-Soprano, Flute, Viola and Harp (1947), etc.
In the postwar years, Bianchi's career was accompanied by a number of successes. In 1948 , Bianchi was awarded a bronze medal in the Art Contest at the XIV Olympic Games in London (vocal music nomination) for the Olympic Anthem ( Italian: Inno Olimpionico ) - no gold and silver medals were awarded in this nomination. A concert for flute and orchestra ( 1953 ) was first performed by the outstanding flute player Severino Gazzeloni .
In 1955 - 1960 Director of the Trieste Conservatory , 1960 - 1971 headed the Venice Conservatory.
