Story

The action takes place in a medieval European city. The invaders, led by the evil duke de Malicorne, treacherously attacked the free City of Masters and enslaved it, establishing cruel orders. Only a handful of city defenders managed to escape from the duke's authority into the nearby forests. The freedom-loving hunchback- sweeper named Karakol, secretly in love with Veronica, a beautiful gold seamstress, is predicted to free the city and marry her beloved.
